You receive an email, and your dashboard shows the motivation and the CV. You reply there. We are only in between to protect the candidate's email address until they share it, and we do not pass your candidates on to anyone.

What does it cost?
Posting is free, including your tenth vacancy. You pay with points for what a vacancy brings: 1 point(s) (€0.10) are deducted when someone opens your vacancy, and 50 points (€5.00) when a candidate responds.
When you register you receive 1,000 points from us, worth €100.00. That lets you see what the site brings before you pay anything.
Nothing else: no commission per candidate, no fee when someone joins you, and no subscription running on when you are not hiring. If we earned from placements, we would be an intermediary ourselves.
One view per visitor per day. If someone reloads the page or a search engine comes by, it costs you nothing.
When do I pay?
In advance, when you buy points. You choose the amount yourself; points do not expire and there is no subscription. In your dashboard you see line by line what they went on.
What if my points run out?
Your vacancy stays online. Responses that come in then are kept for you, but you only get to see them once you top up. We email you as soon as that happens, because someone is waiting on you. The candidate notices nothing of this: their application is sent and stays in place.
If we take a vacancy offline afterwards or reject it, we credit back the points spent on it. You do not pay for something we remove.
Why do I have to give my chamber of commerce number?
Because it is the only way to check whether you really are the employer. Among other things we look at the industry code: for staffing agencies and employment brokers it starts with 78. Your chamber of commerce number is shown on your vacancy page, so candidates can check it too.
We have our own internal recruiter. Is that allowed?
Yes. An internal or corporate recruiter works for your organisation and hires people onto your own payroll. That is exactly what we want. A vacancy for that recruiter is fine too: what matters is who employs the new colleague.
Can applications go to our own application system?
Yes. You can choose: applications by email through the form on the site, or a link to your own ATS. We automatically recognise well-known systems such as Recruitee, Homerun, Greenhouse and AFAS, so they raise no signal during the check.
How long does my vacancy stay online?
60 days by default. After that it goes offline automatically, so candidates never respond to an expired vacancy. Extending is a matter of an email.
We are an agency. Is anything possible?
No, and that is not a negotiating point. The entire value of this site is that a job seeker never ends up with an intermediary here. If we made one exception, the site would be worth nothing else.
